My recent stay at Novotel exceeded all expectations, truly embodying a 5-star experience at the price of a 3-4 star hotel. The modern and stylish rooms on the 11th floor were a highlight, complete with convenient bedside control switches for the lights and a large flat-screen TV with a plethora of channels. The exceptional soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's rest, complemented by the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even arranging for early room availability and special transport during a flood. The hotel's comprehensive amenities, including a spa, gym, pool, and multiple dining options such as a cafe and Chinese restaurant, left me thoroughly impressed. The convenient location near various dining establishments and the airport taxi service for less than 6USD added to the exceptional value provided by Novotel.
